덕석바위 전설 | Legend of Deokseok Rock

♨ 조선 선조 빼 당쟁으로 나라가 어지러웠고, 왜적들은 부산포를 비롯한 남해안 일대에서 노략질을 일삼았다. 그러던 어느 날 쇠미산 산봉우리에서 천둥과 벼락이 치고 소나기가 내리더니 덕석바위 밑에 있는 굴에서 아기 울음소리가 들렸다. 그리고 어디선가 백마 한 마리가 달려 와서 그 아이를 보호하였다. 아이는 태어난 지 3년 만에 겨드랑이에서 날개가 돋아나더니 백마를 타고 천지를 주름잡고 다니기 시작했다. 5살이 되던 해부터는 스스로 무술을 연마하였다. 임진왜란 때 왜적들이 동래성을 침공하자 아이는 백마를 타고 동래성으로 향했다. 그런데 백마를 타고 덕석바위에서 장산으로 가던 중 그만 말에서 떨어져 죽고 말았다. 소년 장수가 떨어진 자리에 느티나무 한 그루가 자랐는데 비가 오는 날이면 그곳에서 말 울음 소리와 아이 우는 소리가 들려왔다고 한다. 덕석바위 위에는 지금도 소년 장수의 발자국과 말의 발자국 흔적이 남아 있다. The nation fell into chaos due to political party strife and Japanese pirates were habitually engaged in plundering on the south coast during King Seonjo's reign of Joseon Dynästy.One day, thunder struck with a shower from the summit of Soemisan Mountain and the sound of a baby crying was heard from the cave under Deokseok Rock. Then, a white horse appeared from out of nowhere to protect the baby. With wings that grew from the baby's armpits three years after his birth, he began to parade around the world.  From his fifth year, he trained himself, mastering the art of martlal arts. When Japanese invaders invaded Dongnaeseong Fortress, he headed for Dongnaeseong on his white horse. However, he fell from the horse on his way from Deokseok Rock to Jangsan Mountain and died. A zelkova tree grew on the spot where the boy general fell. It is said that the sound of a baby crying was heard with the sound of a horse cryng on rainy days. On Deokseok Rock, the footprints of the boy general and his horse remain to this day.
